A "friendly" audit by a completely independent consultant is often a good idea before an "official" audit by a
Government agency or other commercially interested party.
HMS can audit new or existing metering systems, and
if required recommend improvements
to their design, or operation. We can also perform an audit of
your maintenance, including procedures, record keeping, test
equipment, and personnel competencies. An "outsider" can
often spot things that are easily missed by those most familiar
with the site.
Shortcomings and weaknesses can then be remedied
before any outside body or third party demands correction, or in the
worst cases compensation.
